🧾 Ingredients:

  • ½ fresh squeezed lemon per 16 oz (2 cups) of water = approx. 475 ml 

  • Optional:

    • add 1 teaspoon of raw, unfiltered honey to increase hydration.

    • use warm (not hot) purified water for the fastest absorption


📋 Instructions:

  • Squeeze the juice of a full lemon into 32 oz of water (=4 cups or 1L)

    • or half a lemon into 16 oz / 475 ml of water

  • Drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach right after waking up for maximum health benefits.

    • Optional: Continue sipping lemon water throughout the day to stay hydrated and support your body’s natural detox and digestion .


Pro tip: For optimal results, mix your lemon and honey into warm (not hot) water — about 37–43°C (98–110°F). Water that’s too hot may destroy the enzymes in raw honey and reduce the potency of vitamin C in lemon juice.
