This intake is a collaborative and supportive conversation. You are encouraged to share your full health story, while I guide the process with targeted questions and professional insight. The goal is to gain clarity, identify priorities, and create a strong foundation for personalized guidance moving forward. At the end of the session, you will have a clearer understanding of your health patterns and next steps. If appropriate, we will discuss a tailored follow-up plan, which may include nutritional and lifestyle recommendations or ongoing holistic support.
